How are payments processed?

All payments on CaseHaven are processed securely through Stripe. Stripe is a leading payment processor that ensures your financial information is handled safely and securely.

When do transactions occur?

Transactions only occur after a client has closed their proposal and selected a winning bid.

What's the transaction flow?

1. Client creates a proposal with a specified bounty
2. Consultants submit their bids
3. Client selects a winning bid
4. Client submits payment via Stripe
5. Consultant delivers the case study
6. Client approves the delivery
7. Payment is processed to the consultant

Are there any processing fees?

CaseHaven charges a small platform fee of 5% on successful transactions. Stripe's standard processing fees also apply. These fees help us maintain and improve the platform while ensuring secure payment processing.

What happens if a client is unsatisfied?

If there are any issues with the delivered case study, we have a dispute resolution process in place. Most issues can be resolved through revision requests and direct communication between parties. Our support team will help mediate any disputes that cannot be resolved directly.

How do refunds work?

Refunds can be processed through our support team if necessary.
